Which Kindle Devices does Clippings.io Support?
We support of all the versions of the Amazon Kindle. If you are importing via the Clippings.io Google Chrome Extension we support all the Kindle versions as well as any device which supports the various Kindle reader apps , for example, the iPad, iPhone and Android devices.
If you are importing via your 'My Clippings.txt' file we support all the Kindle versions which create a clippings file. For more information of the Kindle family of ereaders please refer to the Amazon Kindle Wikipedia Page.
Which Languages is Clippings.io Translated into?

Does Clippings.io support the Kobo reader?
We currently do not support the Kobo reader but we may support it in the future. If you would like us to support the Kobo reader please let us know in the chat.
Does Clippings.io support Open in Kindle?
Yes. If your Kindle Highlight was made on an Amazon Purchased book you can open the Kindle Highlight directly where it was made in the books. Please see the Open in Kindle Guide.

Yes, notes and highlights made on personal documents can be imported up uploading your My Clippings.txt file from your Kindle. Please see our Importing your My Clippings.txt Guide.

How can I install the Clippings.io Chrome Extension?

Does the Clippings.io Browser Extension work on Chrome on the iPad?
No, this is because Chrome extensions do not work on iPad or iPhone.
Can I use the Clippings.io Chrome Extension to Import my Kindle Highlights from a Chinese Amazon account (Amazon.cn).
Unfortunately your can not use the Clippings.io Browser Extension to import your highlights if you have a Chinese Amazon account. This is because Amazon.cn does not have the equivalent of the Amazon Highlights Page which is available in the European, American and Japanese regions.

We use Stripe as our payment provider and we accept all major credit cards.

Does the subscription auto-renew?
Yes, your subscription will auto-renew automatically. If you want to stop your subscription auto-renewing you can downgrade your subscription to the free plan. If you downgrade your account you will account will remain on the professional plan until the end of the subscription period.
Deleting your account will also automatically cancel your subscription.
Does Clippings.io store my Credit Card details?
No, we use Stripe as our payment provider which means we never have access to your Credit Card details.
How can I download my receipts
